Shipping times will vary per order and location. Within the Netherlands, it will take 1-3 days. Within the EU, it will take 2-4 business days. GROUP C can vary greatly in terms of timing.

RETURN POLICY

JACQUES accepts product returns. However, the products must be in perfect, unworn condition with all tags attached. You have 14 days to request a return via the email associated with the order. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
